which bank is best for offering site loan for A khata sites when it comes to interest rate & other conditions like pre-payment charges, processing charges etc etc..
please let me know. Also, if you have any contact info that would be helpful..

Try SBI or Axis Bank.

SBI gives only for bda.. not for A khata site..
not all banks give only site loan for A khata
