Srinidhi Layout in Konankunte

Hi,
Can some one let me know current price in Srinidhi Layout near Konankunte, Kanakpura road. Also i want to know if plots are A khata or B khata.

About a year back when I enquired, these were B khata plots. I don't remember exactly, I think it was quoting at 3 K+ per sq feet back then for east facing 60 X40 plots.

Current Price in Srinidhi Layout is 2500/Sq ft, since its B katha, bank will not provide loan and you have to pay all cash, so prices have came down, as not may buyers can pay all cash without loan...

But be carefull brokers will quote for around 3800 to 4000 /Sq ft..which is not acceptable...
