Has any on experienced reverse duplex home like living and kitchen and 2bedrooms in 3rd floor and 2bedrooms in 2nd floor rear side?
Can you please share pros & cons

HI Praveen,
Reverse duplex is absolutely a good concept and works seamless, this is used in the cases of making main living floor high efficiency. We did use simillar concept to design villa for two brothers with two duplex accomodated in G parking + 3 floors .
Cons - You cannot accomodate double height spaces in this concept.
