Hi All,

I am looking for 30*40 site in Narayana nagara(Bank officers Layout) 1st/2nd stage. Please mail property details to ravimohan555@gmail.com if anyone has any info.

My requirement:
30*40 (West/North facing)

Budget:
20-25Lacs

What are the running rates in 1st phase and 2nd phase..? RE agents are saying 1st phase=3000K & 2nd phase=2500k..? How viable are these rates..?
