Plot rates in HRBR 1st Block

Hi

Could anyone let me know the prices of BDA site in HRBR 1st Block for 30x40.
Are the price/sft different for smaller and bigger dimensions and if they are, by how much?

I have seen some vacant 60*40, 20*30 sites in 1st Block and beside 100ft road. brokers were quoting from 5000 to 7000/sqft before two months, so I didn't ask much.

I wanted to validate my findings. I had been to enquire and all the agents quoted nothing less than 7000, some were even quoted a few hundreds more. There were a couple which were located in some corner and not so good area which were quoted for 6500.

The rate in HRBR BDA layout is between 6500 to 7000. Some layouts are attached to this layout are lesser priced but you have to check its authenticity.
