Plot buying option near HSR, Sarjapur in gated (Lakedew, ..

I am considering buying a plot near HSR Layout.
Have been looking in Reliable Lakedew Residency, Lakeshore-Homes, Rainbow Residency and Drive, Owner's Court/Shubh Enclave.
Is there any other gated community that can be considered in this area?

Owner's Court/ Shubh Encalve does not have less than 4000 sq.ft plot. Though the psft of Rs 2500 looked decent.
Price quoted in Raindow Drive/Residency is high above Rs 4000.

Reliable Lakedew Residency is currently being quoted as Rs 3100 psft. But I see lot of problems discussed in the group earlier - http://mybdasites.com/viewtopic.php?f=1 ... edew#p3596
Given that now association maintains the layout, has the condition become better? I did see kids using the badminton court, but swimming pool did not have water.
I feel with Recession-scenario deteriorating, slump in Mumbai, there should be correction in bangalore. So, what looks like a reasonable price to buy in Reliable Lakedew?
