suryanagar phase 1 auction of sites

KHB has announced auction of a few corner sites in the suryanagar phase 1 layout scheduled for 26th december. they have not mentioned minimum bid price. can someone indicate the current rates in that area. i am not sure if KHB allotted houses or sites earlier. any updates on the same will be useful. is it worth biddding in the auction. has the layout comeup well. please furnish any info on this layout which will help me decide to participate in the auction. thanks. chandramouli

i got the 13the dec newspaper. i saw the information.
actual rate of HIG from KHB was 14-15lakh, in bid i dont knw how much it wil go.
MIG - 8-9 lakh
LIG - 6-8 lakh.
