BCC Layout-Chandra Layout-Prices?

Hi Friends,

I would like to know the current prices of the sites in BCC Layout 2nd stage Chandra layout .

I was told it ranges from 5000-5500/- .I would appreciate if some knowledgable person can let me the current prices there.

I would also like to know how well this area is connected and basic amenties like schools ,hospitals available there.I just went once and it seems to be completely developed area.

Any inputs on this would be highly appreciated.
