One question - What is the Tax percentage that is deducted & paid as part of part non refundable payment??

what is the procedure to apply for PF withdrawal?
Do we need to get any form from the company we are working and submit to PF office??/
Any inputs on this will be highly appreciated...

I bought a plot through loan from AXIS bank.Is it possible to with draw PF amount for plot purchase.If it is possible please let me know what is proceduere like what documents need to be submitted etc..
