i think i am lucky,in the sense after reading so many things about bsk real estate,i am a senior citizen who is not from bangalore,i wanted to invest in bsk when i started searching i stumbled upon this persons,who are really honest in dealings whther it is a owner,or reseller they just gave me the phone nos & intro was given to the concerned persons,i directly dealt with them,& reg was done.if it is a reseller i know what it means,so naturally price will be little bit high,but genuine people,nowadays after reading all the posts here i think i am lucky.i do not know whther i can give their names in the post.thanks to them

Its good to know you got a fair deal. Just curious to know how this deal got over i mean is this through agents/direct owner. Since i am also looking for plot in Banashankari 6th stage and i am trying to find better person to deal.
