khata for site near big banyan tree

I've a site in a layout near big banyan tree. It was alloted and registered through a housing cooperative society. It is BMRDA approved. Can somebody help me with providing below information on how to get Khata done for this site ?

- Do I need any document other than the sale deed ?
- Should I get it done through the society only ?
- How much it would cost ?
- Should I go to the same sub-registrar office where the site was registered (taavarekere) ?

Call this # 9448057516 SLN Enterprises. They will do khata and property tax for around 5k for 40x60 site.
society guys will charge more, I got it done from these guys.
