Is there a BDA layout in Mallathalli Bangalore?

Hi Friends,

I would like to know whether there a BDA layout named (Balaji Layout) in Mallathalli near Rajarajeshwari Nagar? If Yes is it developed by BDA or private layout approved by BDA.

Balaji layout is not BDA approved. It is a pvt lyt with DC conversion done.

So far in Mallathahalli, BDA has not done any layouts. there are few BDA Approved Layouts are there.
Before & Adjacent to Mallathahalli area, Nagarabhavi Layout and after Mallathahalli, Sir M. V layouts are made by BDA.

any guess on the rate in that belt?

on the main 60 ft road for BDA appvd lyt (NGEF Lyt) people say 3500 - 4000. NGEF lyt inside locations 2800 - 3200.

DC Converted - Non Approved sites are in the range of Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 2,500/-

BDA and BDA Approved sites are ranging from Rs.3,000 onwards upto Rs.5,500/-
