BDA asks martekt rate for reallotment of sites.

For those who cannot read kannada, BDA has changed it's rules for re-allotment. If site allotted for allottee is withdrawn for any reason like land litigation, or Civic amenities they are eligible to re-allotment in same layout or different layout at same price they had bought earlier as per 1984 rule. Now BDA has changed that rule and saying they should buy at current market price when such re-allotments happen. This is a non sense rule. The allottee is being forced to pay price for no mistake of his.
I am one such victim who was allotted a site by bda in banashankari 6th stage, but that land got in to litigation with forrest departement. Now waiting for litigation settlement or re-allotment.
