How much does it cost to build G+2 house on 30x40?

Hi,

Can anyone please highlight the cost of Ground plus 1st and 2nd floor house construction on a 30x40 plot? I wish to have the Ground floor with Car park. On 1st floor will be kitchen, hall, balcony, 1 master bedroom with attached bathroom. On 2nd floor will be 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and balcony.

1st and 2nd floors will be Duplex.

Construction cost Starts from 1500/ SFT & upwards.
