Layout Approval - Panchayat DC converted sites with B Khata
I have seen the issue on ITI layout near HSR layout where they haven't developed layout as per BDA plan. There are many layout in the IVC road which has NOC like that which is risky of buying as we are not sure they have developed/will develop as per approved plan which could be put us in problem when go for BIAPPA approval as developer would have ran after selling those to us. My question Panchayat also approving authority,so if i buy a site DC converted in Panchayat then when it comes to BBMP limit and apply for A khata did they see whether the layout is developed as per plan or not. Is this the case???
