What is the best way to fill the holes created by the termites ? I have two relatively big ones ( average size of a tomato !! ) and would like to fill it now. Also after finding this , I checked all the windows/door frames . Then I found one bottom horizontal frame of the windows ( nothing else ) , has something looking exactly like a melted chocolate. Odourless but looks ugly. On checking more , I could guess that its some kind of a fungus and almost 1/5th of that piece of frame is gone as they feel very soft and no binding at all
What best can be done here? Leave it as it I thought but then wonder if it would spread to other parts too. Can we replace one single piece of a window frame ?
